You can return an unwanted item within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
To begin the returns process, please follow these steps:
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 21 days for this to show on your account.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item required.
If your item is faulty, you received an incorrect item or you are missing items from your original order please contact us within 48hours of receiving your delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or a replacement. Claims made outside of the 48 hours will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non – refundable. Any returns that were not faulty or the wrong items delivered, and a refund is required, we will deduct the cost of the original shipping charge from your refund.
